May 1-7 is Mental Health Awareness week in Canada. In keeping with this theme, we will explore the connection between food and mood. Do foods influence our mood? Why do we turn to food to cope with difficult emotions? What can you do to foster other non-food coping strategies? Come and join in on the discussion.
