Instructions
  1. For all citrus fruit, peel then cut segments from inner membrane or buy segments canned in water or juice, drain before chopping.
  2. Seed tomatoes prior to chopping.
  3. For all chopped ingredients - chop in fine pieces for easily scooped salsa.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together grapefruit, orange, lime, tomato, cucumber, green onion, cilantro, crushed red pepper and salt.
  5. Make-ahead: Place in airtight container, cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours.
