  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 F Spray 9x13" baking dish with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper.
  2. Place fish in a single layer in bottom of prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, onion (or powder), celery, red pepper and cayenne. Spread mixture evenly over fish - 'painting' it on with a pastry brush. Sprinkle bread crumbs over creamy layer. Season with basil and paprika
  4. Bake in pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Optional: turn oven to broil and broil briefly to further brown and crisp bread crumbs.
