Strawberry Freezer Jam
A great way to savor the flavour of fresh strawberries long past strawberry season! A quick jam with half of the sugar of traditional jam.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Clean and dry 5 x 1 cup (250 ml) mason jars and lids.
  2. Stir dry freezer pectin with sugar in a large bowl to combine dry ingredients.
  3. Crush fruit with potato masher or fork. Add to dry ingredients and stir 3 minutes.
  4. Ladle into clean jars leaving 1/2″ (1 cm) head space (mixture expands in freezer). Apply lids and let stand until thickened – about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve right away; refrigerate for up to 3 weeks or freezer for longer storage.
  6. Makes 5 x 1 cup jars. Serving size 1 Tbsp.
