PHYSICIAN VISITS COVERED BY OHIP

Come in for your consultation visit with a LEAF physician. All visits with physicians are covered by OHIP if you have a valid OHIP card and you are referred by a physician or nurse practitioner.  We use the first visit to understand you, your weight journey, and discuss possible next steps, which may include one of our programs.

MEAL PLANNING

Making healthy meal choices can feel daunting. LEAF’s registered dietitians can help take the pressure off by working with you to create a great meal plan, complete with grocery lists, that will take your food preferences into account and make cooking a breeze!
